An experienced executive and jurist with over 20 years of leadership, Sharon has a track record of scaling technology-driven enterprises and managing complex, high-stakes commercial operations. Her combination of deep legal expertise and operational acumen allows her to navigate complex international frameworks while transforming cutting-edge innovation into scalable business models.
Eyal is a senior credibility assessment expert with more than 30 years of experience in behavioral evaluation and high-level security roles within Israeli government organizations. He previously led the Government Polygraph Unit and School and played a key role in developing advanced assessment methodologies in collaboration with academic institutions. Eyal also served as Director of Israeli Aviation Security in the UK and Ireland, bringing deep operational and strategic insight to the SensAI product line.
Alon is a seasoned operations and IT executive with over 30 years of experience in telecom, infrastructure, and large-scale technology environments. He specializes in building efficient operations frameworks, leading complex implementations, and optimizing day-to-day operational processes. Alon has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams across global and local environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. He has completed Business Management studies at NYU.
Meital brings over 20 years of hands on R&D leadership experience, leading end-to-end development of complex technology solutions across government and private sectors. Her expertise spans system architecture, product development and delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. Meital plays a central role in translating SensAI’s vision into robust, innovative technology. She holds a B.A. in Business & Information Systems from Ruppin Academic Center, complemented by extensive expertise in software development, AI technologies and advanced development frameworks.
Ohad is a business and organizational development professional with a background in operations, consulting, and innovation across the private and public sectors. He specializes in building commercial infrastructure, structuring partner networks, and developing go-to-market strategies for emerging technologies. Ohad has cross-cultural experience engaging with resellers, agents, integrators, and distributors across territories on six continents. Mati leads the SensAI product with over 12 years of experience managing innovative software and hardware projects from concept through deployment.
