Pangea Labs LTD provides an informational website about our software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. Our products and services are available through authorized resellers and via sandbox environments for evaluation purposes.

If we provide sandbox or trial access to our services, such access is subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of access. Sandbox environments are for evaluation purposes only and should not be used for production workloads.

If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other communications to us through the Site (“Submissions”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate such Submissions for any purpose without compensation or attribution to you.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PANGEA LABS LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. 

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
